kIS pressure washed our condo including the screened in porch and I had no idea it had been so dirty. The screens are so clean you cannot see them. Attention to detail is rare these days but KIS attends to every corner and speck of dirt. I highly recommend them.

Keep It Simple cleaned our black metal roof, restoring it to like new luster. Having a number of live oaks causes a great deal of buildup that discolors the roof. Keep it Simple used a chemical treatment that was more effective than my attempts at pressure washing. Keep It Simple is a great company with super personal service to meet your needs.

Trey did a great job on our driveways. They had built up quiet a bit of mildew in addition to crud from sprinklers.
